Councilwoman Sheryl L. Bass

Councilwoman Sheryl Bass Councilwoman Sheryl Bass has lived in the City of Manassas since 1982. She currently works as an Optometric Practice Manager, a Vision Service Plan Contract Representative and a Yoga instructor. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the College of William and Mary. She and her husband of 36 years, Dr. Robert L. Bass, have two daughters, Jessica and Kimberly.
