The City of Manassas is requesting proposals from qualified firms to conduct an Electric, Water, & Sewer Cost of Service Analysis, Rate Study, and Five-Year Cash Requirements projection showing proposed rates to meet such requirements that will cover short-term and long term Capital Programs, associated debt service as required, and recovery of costs associated with the delivery of all Utilities to customers of the City of Manassas.
OPTIONAL PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE
An optional pre-proposal conference will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at City of Manassas Public Works Facility located at 8500 Public Works Drive, Large Conference Room, Manassas, VA 20110. The purpose of this conference is to allow potential Offerors an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation.
