The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for Seasonal Event Management and Seasonal Ice Rink Operations at the Loy E. Harris Pavilion.
Optional Pre-Proposal Conference with Site Visit:
A optional pre-proposal conference will be at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at City Hall, 9027 Center Street, Manassas, VA, in the 2nd Floor Conference Room. The purpose of this conference is to allow potential Offerors an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation.
Bring a copy of the solicitation with you. Any changes resulting from this conference will be issued in a written addendum to the solicitation.
Site visits will follow directly after the pre-proposal conference.
