through the Working Wheels Program. Eligibility requirements apply.
Agency on Aging - Prince William Area
Area residents
are invited to participate in programs sponsored by the Agency on Aging - Prince William Area. Some
programs are open to those age 55 and older, others are open to
residents age 60 and older. Please check with individual program staff
regarding specific eligibility requirements. For more information about

Services
The program assists low-income individuals as they strive to become
self-reliant. The program receives donations of used cars from the
community and prepares them to be road ready for distribution to
eligible recipients, allowing the wage earners in each family to have
dependable transportation to work. Each recipient receives a small loan
for purchase of the car to be paid back over a 12-month period (to
donate a car to Vehicles for Change, call 800-835-3821).
