The Office of the Municipal Clerk provides the professional link between the citizens, the local governing bodies, and agencies of government at other levels. We serve as the information center on functions of local government and community by providing neutrality and impartiality, rendering equal service to all.
Responsibilities
The Clerk's office:
- Ensures the archival of records of Council minutes
- Serves as the reference point for contracts
- Maintains the official records of the City
- Official Keeper of the City Seal
