One-Day Private Use
If you are requesting to reserve a pavilion or park for a private family event, there is a non-refundable reservation fee for each day requested. The Reservation Form is available for download.

League/Team Use
If you request a field as a league or team you are subject to availability and must complete the appropriate registration form. Along with that form you are required to provide the Recreation Department a copy of your team’s insurance policy, or a waiver by individual team players and/or parent. Teams are charged a fee per player and a bill will be sent to the team representative after each season. The Director of Recreation and Parks has authority over all field scheduling. Every effort will be made to accommodate the dates and times you request, but due to the many requests versus limited field space you may not be approved for your first choice, but given an alternate time slot. Those who turn in their field requests late, or have not paid for the previous season on time will fall into this category. If this department does not receive your payment at all you will not be considered for field space in the next season.

All field requests must be submitted and approved by the Recreation and Parks Department.
