Projected to start Summer 2010
The airport will be building an interior service road that will allow fuel trucks and other services vehicles to travel from one side of the field to the other without having to access taxiways and runways. This road will be located on the north end of the field between James Payne Court and the West Apron. A concrete pad and signs will also be installed from Aviation Lane to the Fuel Farm for fuel trucks to cross.

Projected to start Summer 2009
This construction project consists of rehabbing Taxilane Delta on the south end of the field, Taxiway Charlie and all of Taxilane Delta north of Taxiway Echo. Existing centerline lights will be removed and not replaced. This projected should be completed in phases and completed within 150 calendar days.
