2013 Spring Housing Event Housing Advocacy Program

The 2013 Spring Housing Event is happening on May 18, 2013 from 10 a.m. through 4 p.m. The event will be held at Osbourn High School, located at

The Housing Advocacy Program is excited to offer this event. It’s free and all are welcome to attend. Childcare and children's activities available. This is a great opportunity to talk directly to your bank to learn about the various programs that can help you with your concerns about your mortgage. Whether your mortgage is behind, you are concerned that you can no longer pay your mortgage, or you have questions about the current value of your house, representatives from area banks will be available and ready to meet with you to answer any questions you may have.

Mortgage Assistance
If you are experiencing difficulty or have questions/concerns about your mortgage, register online or come speak in person for this event. You will be able to meet with certified housing counselors who work in the Manassas area and who are ready to assist you with your concerns.

First Time Home Buyer Housing Class
Sign up for our first time home buyer's housing class. Learn about the home buying process from start to finish including how to shop for a realtor, understanding the various contracts involved with home buying, and understanding the financial obligation you are entering into when you buy a home.
