The Rules and Regulations are intended to provide the basic guidelines for Aeronautical Activities at the Manassas Regional Airport. Additional, activity-specific requirements may be imposed in Lease Agreements, Franchise Agreements, or other agreements between the City of Manassas and Persons engaging in Aeronautical Activities at the Airport.

The public comment period will be open for approximately (30) calendar days and will close on Friday, April 26, 2024.
Per Section 10 of the Current Rules and Regulations, comments must be in writing to the Director and must be received within the comment period. All comments will be considered by the Director and Commission. After considering all the comments, the Airport Commission will forward its recommendation to the City Council for approval or disapproval. Approved amendments will become effective immediately following approval by the City Council, unless otherwise specified.
