These Rules and Regulations are intended to provide the basic guidelines for Aeronautical Activities at the Manassas Regional Airport. Additional, activity-specific requirements may be imposed in Lease Agreements, Franchise Agreements or other agreements between the City of Manassas and Persons engaging in Aeronautical Activities at the Airport.
