Trash must be bagged, placed in containers and set out the night before collection. Carts must be removed from the street after collection.

Vehicles and construction equipment over 10,000 pounds, 21 feet long, and 102 inches wide are prohibited.



GraffitiGraffiti
Graffiti is prohibited on all properties.






Right of Way SignsRight of Way Signs
Right of Way signs are prohibited or require a permit.





Inoperable VehiclesInoperable Vehicles
Vehicles with missing or expired license plates or inspection stickers, or with missing or broken parts required for operation (such as tires) are prohibited.
Inoperable vehicles may be stored in a garage or outdoors under a car cover (a maximum of one vehicle may be stored).

Windows must be free of cracks and be weather tight.
Fences must be structurally maintained and in good repair.

Parking a vehicle anywhere other than a driveway or paved surface is prohibited.

Grass and weeds over 12 inches are prohibited and must be cut. Tree limbs and yard waste must be removed.
