Michelle Davis-Younger
Mayor Michelle Davis-Younger earned her MBA and her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Strayer University and is a native of Manassas. She is also a certified professional through the Society of Human Resources (SHRM-CP).
Ms. Davis-Younger owns and operates a Human Resources Consulting firm located in Historic Downtown Manassas called The1ForHR, LLC and has assisted many residents in the City of Manassas with career coaching and resume writing. She provides HR consulting services for local and regional businesses to ensure HR compliance.
