The City of Manassas owns and maintains the electric distribution system within the city limits. The electrical system consists of 205 miles of primary lines, 15,150 electric meters, six electric substations, and 31 diesel generators that are used to reduce electric costs for our residents. The annual peak electric load is 140 megawatts (MW).

We need your help. The City is equipped with an automated phone system that allows us to track incoming reports of power outages. For this system to work, the City needs your updated phone information in our system to be able to locate the address of the outage.
