Natural Gas Customer CHOICE Program
Columbia Gas of Virginia (CGV) has been a leader in the Customer CHOICE program in Virginia. Since 2000, the CGV Customer CHOICE program has allowed a customer to purchase their natural gas commodity from a third-party marketer. A new marketer, Columbia Retail Energy, has been approved to become a CHOICE marketer beginning January 1, 2011.
