Parks, Culture & Recreation Master Plan

  
In November, 2016, the City of Manassas completed a Parks, Recreation and Cultural Needs Assessment and Facilities Plan.  This plan identifies how the current facilities are serving the community and provides a guide for decision making on parks, recreation, and culture in the City.
